1. Your discovery call (30 minutes)
We'll talk through how your taxes have been handled, and if it applies to you, how your bookkeeping and payroll run now. Come ready to share what's working, what isn't, and what you'd like to stop worrying about.
2. The Real Books Scorecard ($500)
After the call, we'll ask about your goals and request a few documents (last two years of tax returns and your most recent financial statements). Within 72 hours you'll have your scorecard: a one-page read on exactly where you stand and where the opportunities are. We'll book your review call before we hang up, so you'll have us on the calendar to walk through the findings and talk about next steps. You keep the scorecard and everything in it whether or not you become a client.
3. Proposal & Review Call
We'll bring your proposal to the review call. A clear, fixed-fee price built around what you actually need, with the engagement letter ready to sign. No surprises, no hourly billing.
